Police reported that, after identifying the vehicle, it was discovered that it had been stolen. A set of license plates was also found inside the car. Then, a team found a Fiat Cronos traveling at high speed along Estrada Corta Rabicho. The vehicle was monitored and stopped on Rodovia Alberto Hinoto (SP-056). In the car, police found two suspects. One of them had a fracture in his right leg and, according to police, stated that he participated in the robbery. He said that he injured his leg when he jumped over the wall of the residence during his escape and that he was later rescued by his accomplices in the Fiat Cronos. The case was presented at the Itaquaquecetuba Central Police Station. According to police, the two were arrested for the crimes of robbery and home invasion. One of the suspects remained arrested. The other was hospitalized under police escort and will be taken to the prison system after being medically discharged. The Toyota Hilux was recovered and returned to the owner.
