The decision refers to the arrest made in April this year, during an operation by the Amazonas Civil Police. The agents then entered the apartment and found a clandestine laboratory equipped with precision scales, a mechanical press, a vacuum packaging machine and portions of cocaine. According to investigations by the 1st Integrated Police District (DIP), part of the drug was pressed into capsules, a model frequently used for the international transport of narcotics. The information was later confirmed by family members of the person being investigated. At the time, police chief Cícero Túlio reported that the suspect also said he would be released and threatened to harm the team responsible for the arrest.
