The contracts were divided into three areas: R$9.987 million for artistic programming, entertainment and traditional activities; R$8.106 million for infrastructure, logistics and operation of the arena; and R$3.907 million for security, logistical support and social communication. The contracts were divided between three civil society organizations: Instituto Vida Plena: will be responsible for artistic programming, entertainment and traditional activities, in a contract worth R$9.987 million; New Tomorrow Institute: will take care of the infrastructure, logistics and operation of the arena, for R$8.106 million; Instituto Bem Estar: will be responsible for security services, logistical support and social communications, in a contract worth R$3.907 million.
