The information is in the police report registered by the victim. The case happened on Friday (31). The man, identified by the Civil Police as Gustavo Henrique Ardito, registered as a Collector, Sports Shooter and Hunter (CAC), was arrested this Wednesday (5) during Operation Torque Letal in Americana (SP). What the victim told the police The victim told the police that she was traveling in the left lane of the highway, towards Capital, shortly after passing through the toll plaza, when she noticed that a black Toyota Corolla started following her at a short distance. The Corolla would have overtaken the car and braked suddenly, forcing the driver via app and other vehicles to reduce speed. When the victim tried to overtake, the other driver accelerated to prevent the maneuver. The two vehicles became paired, at which point the app driver said he questioned the suspect about the way he was driving. Also according to police records, near exit 90 of Rodovia Anhanguera, the victim heard at least five sounds similar to gunshots. Soon after, he noticed that the car's right rear tire had been hit. The driver also reported that the warning lights for the ABS and airbag systems came on on the dashboard. The incident report states that the driver of a Fiat Fiorino stopped further ahead and said he saw the driver of the Corolla pull out a gun from the vehicle's window and shoot toward the victim's car. The witness also claimed to have heard the shots. "The five shots fired at the victim did not hit the victim due to circumstances beyond the control of the agent, since, considering the speed of both vehicles, approximately 100 km per hour, even if the agent did not point the weapon towards the victim, it could have caused a tire to burst, which could have resulted in a serious accident", says the delegate. The Civil and Scientific Police initially identified three gunshot marks. On the same day, the Civil Police filed requests for temporary arrest and search and seizure.
