The Haikai apartment, Plaenge's new development in Gleba Palhano, in Londrina, is a true manifesto of the concepts that define the launch. At 147 m², the decor anticipates what it will be like to live in a building that values ??paths as sensory experiences, the constant presence of nature and lighting as a transformative element. The new decoration is now open to visitors at the Plaenge Decorated Center. So that you can learn about the project in detail and be inspired by LW Design Group's best choices for this proposal, we have prepared a list of points that deserve careful attention when visiting the apartment. Access corridor At the entrance to the decorated Haikai, Plaenge designed a sensory corridor that prepares the visitor for the apartment experience. The lighting works with intentional drama, permeated by warm light, shadows that create depth and voids that gain importance. The four elements of nature (water, air, fire and earth) are present in the textures, lighting and decorative elements. Upon entering the apartment, the contrast with a spacious and bright environment is purposeful and anticipates the same feeling that each resident will have when opening the doors of their future home in Haiku. Integrated living room The Haikai decorated project features a living and dining room and two suites, as well as an integrated kitchen and an “L” shaped balcony that functions as another living space. The flexible floor plans, which are already a Plaenge trademark, allow you to choose other rooms, including three suites. Haikai integrated living. Felipe Lima. Living and dining integrated into the kitchen create a living environment in the heart of the apartment. During your visit, notice the stone dining table, designed exclusively by LW, whose irregular shape matches the mix of textures in the room. Table designed exclusively for the decorated. Felipe Lima. The lighting works with drama, but maintains functionality. The shadows from the lamps draw the surfaces and the light plays with the leaves, forming designs that change throughout the day. It is possible to read, work, but also contemplate. Sit on the small balcony seating and observe the apartment from another angle. It is an exercise in imagining future life in this space. Textures and materials LW worked with the presence of nature through different textures and natural materials. Stone, wood, printed fabrics and metal gain unity through the almond tones of the palette chosen for Haikai. This harmony of colors unifies the different materials and enriches the architecture without overloading it. Touch the coverings and feel the texture of each material to understand the atmosphere that will be found after delivery. Haiku details. Felipe Lima. Suites In the first suite, a perforated sheet metal panel forms a niche that creatively organizes the space. The bathroom is a composition of ceramic and porcelain tiles, with different textures and colors that break the predictability. These are choices that have the signature of LW Design Group, showing how it is possible to transform an environment with bold and well-executed proposals. In the master suite, the tapestry headboard designed by LW goes beyond the obvious of straw or wood. In the bathroom, the texture that resembles clay, with a burnt earth finish, refers to raw nature and the elements that define Haikai. The space is complete, with a bathtub, double sinks, dressing table with mirror and double showers. The box's niches are vertical, in yet another proposal to break the same pattern. The planters integrated into the facade bring the landscaping indoors. This balcony functions as a small living space, a space to pause, breathe and connect with the nature that permeates the entire project. Also note how the facade is made up of the chamfered balconies, the combination of concrete and wood and the flower boxes that sway in the wind. Visit Haikai The decorated apartment is open to visitors at Central de Decorados Plaenge, at Avenida Madre Leônia Milito, 1,700, from Monday to Saturday, from 9am to 6pm.
