The MP's action also highlighted that there were recurring delays in paying permanent employees and the splitting of the national nursing minimum, in disagreement with current legislation. Before the action was filed, the Public Prosecutor's Office even issued a recommendation to the City Hall to regularize the payroll and prioritize personnel expenses in relation to non-essential expenses.

The MP informed that the city hall maintained the program of festive events with the hiring of artistic attractions. The decision also determines that the Municipality of Princesa Isabel immediately complies with the national salary minimum for nursing, making full payment within the month of competence and prohibiting the splitting of remuneration. A daily fine was set at R$20,000, limited to R$200,000, in case of non-compliance with court orders. Furthermore, the mayor must be personally summoned to comply with the decision, under penalty of liability, and the city hall will have 48 hours to present the nominal list of workers linked to the cooperatives, accompanied by the respective contracts.
