According to the body, the decision was made by the Palmeira dos Índios Labor Court, which identified that Moderniza - Labor Cooperative, General and Administrative Services - committed several irregularities (check them all below).

Because of this, the defendants have obligations to do and not to do (see below). The determinations must be complied with within 30 days, counting from the final decision of the case, which is when the defendants' appeals end. The fine for non-compliance with the sentence will be R$5,000 per worker found to be in an irregular situation. Regarding obligations not to do so, the penalty will be R$10,000 for violating each of them. To do: Register all cooperative members who worked for Moderniza Sign the Work and Social Security Cards, with the actual dates of admission, remuneration and working conditions. Collect and individualize the FGTS due in the respective accounts linked to the workers. What not to do: Refrain from intermediating labor to direct or indirect public administration entities, municipal or state, in the State of Alagoas; Enter into new contracts, partnership terms or similar instruments that are not consistent with the social purpose of a work cooperative, notably for the intermediation of contracted workers; Found, create, participate in, manage or administer a cooperative society intended for the intermediation of subordinate labor.
