"The ColombiaModa fair is a reference in the Latin American and international market, presenting collections and trends from all over the world. It is a milestone for the Nova Friburgo hub and region and also for the federation's international operations", highlighted the manager of Firjan Internacional, Giorgio Rossi. The participation of companies from Friborg reinforces the competitive potential of the mountain city's underwear and clothing hub on the international scene, in addition to representing an important initiative to expand the presence of Brazilian brands in Latin American markets. "This action is a continuation of the SindExporta Training Program, a project that puts companies on equal terms to take their products to the world", stated Gustavo Moraes, president of SindVest. Participation is part of the actions of the SindExporta program, developed by SindVest in partnership with Firjan, Sebrae, Abit and ApexBrasil. The objective is to prepare companies to export and expand the presence of Brazilian brands in Latin American markets. The commercial manager of Inexmoda and organizer of the fair, Laura Restrepo, says that this year they hope to surpass all records. “More than 70 thousand visitors are expected over the three days of the fair, of which at least 17 thousand qualified buyers”, he explains.
