Shopping center stores will be able to open from 10am to 10pm. Companies that choose to operate on that date must respect current labor rights. The journey will be considered extraordinary, with an additional payment of 100% of the hours worked, in addition to a bonus of R$53 for each employee called up. Also according to Fecomércio-MA, these conditions do not apply to establishments considered essential services, such as pharmacies and supermarkets, which follow the specific rules provided for in their respective collective bargaining agreements.
