According to delegate André Baldocchi, from the General Investigations Department (DIG), the suspects, aged 13, 14 and 16, said they called the race via the app on Tuesday (14) with the intention of stealing the victim's car. "At the end of the race, he performed a rear-naked choke attack, the victim ended up unconscious. At that moment, they took control of the vehicle and ended up throwing the victim's body," said Baldocchi. The teenagers must be sent to the Public Ministry (MP) this Friday. As they are under 18, they are not responsible for a crime, but for an infraction similar to robbery, which is robbery followed by death.
