According to the Civil Police, one of those investigated is a former employee of one of the establishments and had been arrested. The damage caused by the crimes is estimated at R$150,000. Investigations indicate that the suspects already knew exactly where the medicine was stored in pharmacies. "With their testimony, we identified one of the suspects as a former pharmacy employee. Two others were identified and we are working to come up with a fourth name at this time," said the delegate. According to police, the man arrested was the driver responsible for supporting the suspects' escape after the robberies. In testimony, he stated that he works as an app driver and claimed that he did not know that the race was intended to commit crimes. The Civil Police reported that investigations continue to locate the other members of the group.
