The 99 app integrates an ecosystem that brings together urban mobility, food delivery, object delivery and payment solutions in a single place. With the aim of announcing the start of the operation, the application was present in the culture and most striking symbols of Santos. The brand made a point of transforming the debut into an urban intervention that impacted thousands of people, interacting directly with local identity. Inspired by one of the most striking lines from the band Charlie Brown Jr. – "the Charlie Brown guys invaded the city" – the brand's action announced the new service in different parts of Santos, to celebrate elements and landmarks that are already part of the identity and daily life of Santos residents. 99Food marked the beginning of 99Food's operations in Santos, Praia Grande, Guarujá, São Vicente, Cubatão and Bertioga, reinforcing the company's strategy of developing initiatives aligned with the cultural characteristics of each location where it operates. At sea, the platform carried out an "invasion" with jet skis and customized sailboats, taking the brand's visual identity to the shoreline horizon. In the sky, a parachutist flew over the beach using 99Food's colors, officially symbolizing the platform's arrival in the region. Urban intervention promoted by 99Food caught the attention of bathers. Vinicius Stasolla/Disclosure 99Food On land, the activation featured cyclists, skateboarders and surfers circulating along the coast with brand elements, in addition to the installation of personalized umbrellas and towels that formed a large visual mosaic on the seafront. Phrases inspired by Santos culture and references to the universe of Charlie Brown Jr. were also part of the intervention. According to Bruno Rossini, senior director of Communications at 99Food, the initiative sought to establish an authentic connection with the city from the outset. "Our arrival is about being where people are, speaking the language of Santos and building an ecosystem that benefits partner restaurants, delivery drivers and consumers. As part of this movement, we will also offer special launch conditions, with discount vouchers for those who start using 99Food in the region." For the executive, the platform's commitment is to be part of the routine of Santos fans. "This invasion is a gesture of recognition and our way of saying that 99Food is not just arriving, but blending in with the city. By occupying these spaces, we show that we understand Santos pride and want to build, together with the population, a new chapter for the experience of ordering food." 99Food's objective is to impact and bring convenience and opportunity to consumers, registered restaurants and delivery partners. More than launching a new application, we seek to speak the language of Baixada", says Bruno Rossini, senior director of Communications at 99. The company also highlights that its proprietary technology uses artificial intelligence to optimize the pairing between orders and delivery people, in addition to using intelligent maps that reduce travel, increase logistical efficiency and contribute to faster deliveries.
