ACIL promotes an evening of inspiration with a talk by Renan Santana Credit: Disclosure The Commercial and Industrial Association of Limeira (ACIL) received, on Thursday night (16), the barber and speaker Renan Santana, who moved the audience by sharing his journey and showing how small changes in attitude can transform lives and businesses. With the auditorium full, the meeting was marked by reflection and exchange of experiences: the public actively participated with questions, comments and reports throughout the presentation. Nationally recognized for his work with neurodivergent people, Renan told how he discovered his purpose and decided to share this knowledge with other professionals in the field. "I understood that within my purpose I was the person who was going to disseminate, who was going to multiply and teach other barbers how to do that." He reinforced that inclusion begins with the willingness to welcome, listen and understand others and that this is precisely where the impact lies. In one of the most striking moments of the night, Renan spoke about the weight of having a mission and an audience willing to listen to it: "If I have a very important message in my heart, that message is not important if there is no one to hear it. And if today we have thousands of people listening to that message, there is indeed a purpose and a bigger issue." In the end, Renan didn't leave anyone aside: he personally attended to anyone who wanted to talk, take photos or just say thank you, closing the night with the same attention that guided the entire lecture. For the president of ACIL, Dr. Valmir Martins, meetings like this reflect a greater commitment from the entity: "ACIL believes that the development of a city also involves the training of people. Receiving Renan Santana was an opportunity to awaken a new perspective on service, empathy and inclusion. When we learn to better welcome others, we strengthen our companies, our teams and the entire community." The event also had a charitable side: the liters of milk collected through registrations will be donated to ALAMM – Associação Limeira de Autismo Mundo Melhor, supporting families and people with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). And anyone who wants to make donations of any amount to ALAMM can send it to the association's PIX directly: 26555970000147 or contact us on Instagram @a.l.a.m.m. ACIL would like to thank everyone who participated in this special night, as well as the sponsors PrevSeg, Prosa e Cícara and Doce Infância Biscoitos Artesanais, partners who made the event possible. More than a lecture, the message remained: empathy and purpose are not speech, they are transformation tools, inside and outside business.
