The most critical period for instability in the state occurs between Friday night (17) and Saturday (18). While cities like Eldorado do Sul, in the Porto Alegre Metropolitan Region, are still recovering from last weekend's storms, the state is preparing for the arrival of more rain. The change in weather will be caused by a cold front forming in Argentina, which will advance over the Rio Grande do Sul territory. The system works in conjunction with an intense flow of heat and humidity coming from the north of the country, a trough and an atmospheric blockage. ?? The state Civil Defense issued an orange alert for storms and a yellow alert for isolated storms. The forecast indicates winds of up to 90 km/h in areas without rain and gusts exceeding this mark during precipitation. The atmosphere also presents favorable conditions for the formation of tornadoes between Friday and Saturday. VIDEOS: Everything about RS
