If the transfer is completed, São Paulo may receive an amount for the operation. The club, which is currently complying with a transfer ban imposed by FIFA and is prevented from registering new players, is entitled to the entity's solidarity mechanism as it is the goalkeeper's training club.
Perri arrived at Leeds last European season after being signed from Lyon. The English club paid around 23 million euros for the transfer of the Brazilian, who signed a contract until June 2029.
Revealed by São Paulo, Lucas Perri was permanently traded to Botafogo in 2022. After standing out for the Rio club, he was sold to Lyon and, later, transferred to Leeds. His performances also earned him call-ups to the Brazilian national team.
