BALANCE OF THE 1st SHIFT
The first half of the Brasileirão had 13 changes of coaches. São Paulo, Vasco and Chapecoense were the only teams that changed command more than once.
Flamengo, Corinthians, Santos, Botafogo, Atlético-MG, Cruzeiro and Remo changed coaches once. On the other hand, Palmeiras, Mirassol, Bragantino, Fluminense, Internacional, Grêmio, Athletico, Coritiba, Bahia and Vitória continue with the same coaches who started the competition.
The first dismissal was that of Argentine Jorge Sampaoli, who had started the Brasileirão at Atlético-MG. He was removed from his position in the third round.
The most recent was Renato Gaúcho, who was at Vasco. The announcement was made during the World Cup break.
