Anitta at the premiere of the 'Equilibrium tour' show at the Fly 51 arena in Porto Alegre (RS) on Saturday, August 1st Reproduction / X Anitta ? NEWS ? Anitta is walking with faith. One of the most beautiful songs in the Afro-Bahian songbook, the ijexá “É d'Oxum” appeared in the singer's voice in 2020 in an ecumenical live whose script included the theme composed by Gerônimo Santana with Vevé Calazans (1947 – 2012), released by the group MPB4 on the soundtrack of the miniseries “Tenda dos miracles” (1985) and since then covered by the main singers in Bahia. Due to its high level of spirituality, the ijexá “É d'Oxum” is in tune with the tone of the albums “Equilibrium” and “Equilibrium II”, released by Anitta between April and July. For this reason, it was no surprise that “É d'Oxum” was included among the 42 songs on the “Equilibrium tour” itinerary. With creative direction by Nídia Aranha, the tour's show premiered on the night of Saturday, August 1st, at the Gaucho Fly 51 arena, in Porto Alegre (RS), starting point of a national tour that foresees only six performances throughout this month of August on a route that will pass through São Paulo (SP), Fortaleza (CE), Niterói (RJ) and Salvador (BA). In the script, structured in four acts and an extra block with hits from Anitta's career, the singer weaves songs from the two volumes of the album “Equilibrium” between occasional forays into other people's repertoires. According to the script released by Anitta, in addition to the ijexá “É d'Oxum”, the show includes the samba “Andar com fé” (Gilberto Gil, 1982) – placed alongside “Caminhador”, one of the songs from the album “Equilibrium” – and the reggae “Presente de um beija-flor” (Alexande Carlo, 1997), a hit from the first album by the band Natiruts, then titled Nativus. ?
