According to data from the portal, Luiz Eduardo is a permanent employee of the Casa de Leis, with gross salaries of R$48,751.84 recorded in 2026. With discounts, the value drops to R$24,120.64. The base salary is R$46,401.84.
Shortly after the crime, the AL-MT board of directors announced the dismissal of Luiz Eduardo from the commissioned position he held at the Prosecutor's Office.
Since the crime, the prosecutor has been in preventive custody by court decision.
Prosecutor responds to PAD, says Assembly Sought, the Legislative Assembly informed that Luiz Eduardo responds to a Disciplinary Administrative Process (PAD) which, in the end, may or may not apply the penalty of dismissal, as he is an effective servant of the House.
The PAD, however, has not yet been completed.
