Upon arrival, the police found the man in front of the establishment very excited and, according to the PM, appearing to be under the influence of drugs. The team tried to convince the suspect to accompany the military, but he refused and, throughout the approach, disobeyed police orders and tried to escape.
Still according to the incident, the man got into a physical fight with the police, requiring the use of an electrical incapacitation weapon (Spark) and the gradual use of force to restrain him. After being immobilized, he was placed in the vehicle and taken to the Civil Police Station.
