Fávaro confirms Natasha as the name of the PSD to the Government of Mato Grosso

The convention that must approve Natasha's name is scheduled for the end of July.

State president of the PSD, Fávaro said that the doctor will be presented as the party's project for the dispute over the Paiaguás Palace and stated that he believes she could become the first woman to govern Mato Grosso.

"Be careful, because she is coming. I am sure she will do a wonderful job and, God willing, she will be the first governor of the State of Mato Grosso", said Fávaro during meetings with mayors, vice-mayors, councilors and political leaders.

During the agenda, the senator also recalled how the invitation for Natasha to join the PSD occurred. According to him, the approach was motivated by the doctor's trajectory in the areas of health, education and entrepreneurship.

"One day I invited her to join the party and asked: 'What do you want to be a candidate for?'. I said that the PSD was open to her building whatever project she wanted. Little by little the idea of a candidacy for the Government of Mato Grosso came up and she agreed to walk with us", he said.

Fávaro also stated that the construction of the pre-candidacy took place in dialogue with the Brazilian Federation of Hope, formed by PT, PV and PCdoB. The senator also cited Natasha's proximity to the political group linked to President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva.

For the parliamentarian, the doctor's professional experience is one of the factors that support her appointment to the government.

"It wasn't her who wanted to be a pre-candidate for the Government. It's the beautiful story of her life, as a businesswoman, teacher, doctor, pediatrician and her mother's political genetics, who did so much for this State", he stated.

The Mato Grosso Para Todos Caravan has already visited around 90 municipalities. According to Fávaro, the objective is to promote meetings with political leaders, public managers and representatives of civil society to hear regional demands and discuss proposals for the development of the state.

In the Nortão stage, the senator also gave an account of his performance in the Senate and the period in which he was in charge of the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock, in addition to presenting pre-candidates and dealing with the articulation around the name of Natasha Slhessarenko.
