Grazi Massafera, Ingrid Guimarães and Angélica do “fitness training” together

The two actresses even celebrated their birthdays with a cake.

"The Cancerians were great today. "Health, girls", wrote Angélica in a video in which she sings happy birthday to her friends.

Ingrid turned 54 on Sunday (5) and Grazi turned 44 on June 28.

The images of the training were taken by Chico Salgado, a celebrity personal trainer in the capital of Rio, at Angélica's personal gym.

“My beloved and fit little fitness group,” he said.

Ingrid dedicated the first piece to Chico. “My staff can handle this entire group. And the second piece goes to the owner of the gym”, he joked.

Luciano Huck, presenter and Angélica's husband, was also in the house at the time and made a video congratulating Ingrid and Grazi.

“Starting the day by singing ‘belated’ congratulations to my dear friends. “I love this group,” he wrote.
