Zé Felipe is reported to protection agencies after video with youngest son

According to information from the Ministry, three complaints were registered through Dial 100. The communications were forwarded to the Guardianship Council of Goiânia (GO) and a regional police station, which will evaluate the case to decide whether to open an investigation.

The episode took place on Monday (27), during the 63rd birthday party of singer Leonardo, the child's grandfather. In the video, which quickly spread across the internet, Zé Felipe asks his son what he would "give the girls". The boy responds "stick" while pointing to his private area. The recording provoked criticism and sparked debates about child exposure and adult responsibility.

Among the people who spoke out publicly is the writer and activist Jarid Arraes. On her social media profile, she explained the reasons that led her to file a complaint with the authorities.

According to Jarid, no adult, regardless of family ties, should teach this type of speech to a child or register and disseminate content with this content. For her, those responsible need to provide clarification and the case must be analyzed by the competent bodies.

The activist also stated that the main focus of the discussion should be child protection. In his assessment, the boy is the vulnerable part of the situation and was subjected to a public exposure of great proportions. She also highlighted that boys also need to be protected.

After the negative repercussion, Zé Felipe used Instagram Stories to comment on the matter. Initially, he stated that the situation was part of the way he was raised and said that it never influenced his respect for women.

Later, the singer declared that he reflected on the criticism he received and acknowledged that some observations made sense. According to him, he did not know certain aspects of the discussion and said he was willing to learn and improve. He also said that he disagreed with some of the criticism, but recognized that, as a public figure, he must satisfy the public.

At the end of his speech, Zé Felipe apologized to people who felt uncomfortable, stating that his intention was just to show a moment from the family's daily life, without causing embarrassment or transmitting a negative message.

The singer is the boy's father, the result of his previous marriage to Virginia Fonseca, with whom he shares custody of the child. The couple's separation was announced in May 2025. So far, Virginia has not commented on the episode. In addition to their youngest son, the two are also parents to two girls, currently aged 5 and 3.
