Tyson and Dallas died last year and now a grand jury has accused Andrea of being responsible, according to a statement from the Payette Police Department, issued on July 1.
"The Payette Police Department announces that a Payette County Grand Jury issued a formal indictment on June 29, 2026, indicting 23-year-old Andrea Shaw for two counts of first-degree murder in connection with the deaths of her 18-month-old twin sons," it reads.
Authorities also recall, in the same note, that, on June 30 of this year, police officers in Boise, a city in Idaho, located and detained the suspect. stressing that this was possible after a "long and thorough investigation".
According to KTVB, Andrea had suffocated the children.
