Mariana Rios reveals pregnancy loss and says she found strength in faith

According to the actress, she received the positive test on July 19 and experienced moments of great emotion with her fiancé. The couple celebrated the news with family and friends via video calls, but, at the same time, Mariana admitted that she was afraid that the pregnancy would not progress.

She said that, faced with this fear, she decided to say a prayer and surrender the future of her pregnancy to faith. "I asked for God's will to be done. If it was better for the pregnancy to continue, for it to continue. If it wasn't, for me to have the strength to accept it," he stated.

The following week, tests confirmed that the pregnancy had been terminated. Despite the pain of the news, Mariana said she managed to face the moment with serenity because she believed she had already handed the situation over to God. "My heart was at peace, because I had already given in," he declared.

When sharing the experience, the actress reflected on the meaning of faith. For her, believing does not mean waiting for everything to happen according to one's desire, but trusting that there is a purpose even when plans do not come true. "Sometimes, the blessing is also in what doesn't happen, what doesn't happen," he said.

Mariana also stated that she learned to accept what she cannot control and that this stance does not eliminate sadness, but reduces the suffering caused by trying to fight against inevitable situations.
