Mandy Moore shows real body after three pregnancies: “Saggy skin and all”

On Instagram Stories, the actress published a video in which she appears showing the sagging skin on her belly.

“After three children in three and a half years, this is what my body looks like, loose skin and all,” he wrote in the post.

Afterwards, Mandy shared another video, this time recorded during a workout at the gym, and talked about her relationship with physical exercise.

“Also, I'm super clumsy and I don't have any sports skills, but I'm committed to getting stronger in the long term,” she said while doing a barre exercise.

Mandy Moore is mother to Gus, 5, Ozzie, 3, and Lou, 1, children from her marriage to musician Taylor Goldsmith.

This wasn't the first time the actress spoke openly about the impacts of motherhood. In June, during an appearance on the podcast “Not Skinny But Not Fat”, she commented especially on having given birth to Lou and Ozzie in a period of less than two years.

At the time, Mandy was asked whether the three pregnancies in such a short space of time had had any negative impact on her life. The actress responded that she was still recovering emotionally.

"I feel like I was very lucky because, energy-wise, the pregnancies were very easy for me. I also didn't have any postpartum symptoms, so I think I had a relatively smooth experience, all things considered," she said.
