Lieutenant da Rota, Eloá's brother, remains seriously ill and must undergo a tracheostomy

Given the improvement in the infectious condition and clinical evolution, according to the bulletin, the medical team scheduled a tracheostomy and gastrostomy for this Thursday - common procedures for patients hospitalized for long periods in intensive care - to provide greater safety and comfort. The procedures should promote the next stages of treatment, according to the medical bulletin.

Ronickson was shot in the head on June 27, in São Caetano do Sul, in Greater São Paulo. He was stopped at a traffic light on Avenida Goiás, the city's main thoroughfare, when he was surprised by two men on another motorcycle.

The request for inclusion on the Interpol red list was made by the SSP (Secretariat of Public Security) of São Paulo to prevent a possible escape abroad.

"There is intelligence information that indicates a concrete risk of escape abroad, including via irregular border routes, which is why his capture was requested for extradition purposes," explained the acting Secretary of Public Security, Colonel Henguel Ricardo Pereira.
