By sharing old photos and more recent records alongside her grandmother, Khloé paid an emotional tribute.
"My dear MJ. Thank you for teaching us that life should be celebrated, that laughter heals and that love is the greatest legacy we can leave. You lived so fully, gracefully and beautifully," she wrote.
The businesswoman also highlighted the importance of her children having lived with their great-grandmother.
"One of the greatest blessings of my life will always be the fact that my children met their great-grandmother. That they felt her hugs, heard her stories, shared her joy and knew the incredible light that you transmitted so naturally", he said.
Afterwards, Khloé said that MJ's teachings will continue to be present in the family.
"You taught us that love never fades. It lives on in the family you built, in the traditions we will keep, in the stories we will tell and each time we choose joy. Your love will forever be woven into who we are," he declared.
She was also grateful for the moments spent with her grandmother.
"Thank you for every lesson, every laugh, every hug and every piece of your heart that you offered so generously. You were truly unique," she added.
In the same publication, Khloé remembered her father, Robert Kardashian, who died on September 30, 2003.
"I know heaven welcomed you with open arms, surrounded by all those who waited to meet you again. And I know you kept your promise to tell my dad how much we love and miss him," she wrote.
At the end, she mentioned her grandmother's habits and loved ones in a loving farewell.
"I know you're happy, drinking your Coca-Cola, eating your tuna sandwich and Graham crackers with Daddy Harry, while Karen dances around you. Until we meet again, my dear MJ. I love you," he concluded.

The death of Mary Jo "MJ" Shannon, as she was affectionately known, was announced on July 16 by Kris Jenner, who paid an emotional tribute to her mother on social media.
"Today we say goodbye to my beloved mother, MJ. There are no words that can express how much she meant to me or the pain of saying goodbye. My mother was the heart of our family," the businesswoman wrote in an Instagram post.
Kris also lamented her mother's absence and highlighted the legacy she left behind.
"I will miss our daily conversations, your smile, your laugh... Our hearts are broken, but we find comfort in knowing that a love like yours never truly fades," she said. She added that MJ's love will "live on in the family and traditions she built."
Kim Kardashian also used social media to pay tribute to her grandmother.
"You always believed in me, supported me and were my safe haven. You were truly the matriarch of our family, and your love is part of all of us. I know you are now at peace", wrote the businesswoman and influencer in her farewell message.
