According to the text, the extraordinary credit will be allocated to the Social Security program: Promotion, Guarantee of Rights and Citizenship and will be executed by the INSS.
The objective is to guarantee the reimbursement of irregularly deducted amounts from beneficiaries of the General Social Security Regime. The resources are part of the social security budget itself.
Extraordinary credit
Extraordinary credit is an instrument provided for in the Federal Constitution to meet urgent and unpredictable expenses. In these cases, resources may be released by provisional measure, with immediate effect, before analysis by the National Congress.
Provisional Measure No. 1,378 will be forwarded to Congress, which will evaluate the text for conversion into law.
