"Change the Constitution to reduce the age of criminal responsibility for rapists to 14 years of age. Because the harm he does to a woman or child is a great harm, so he has to respond like grown-ups," said Flávio, who began speaking with a strong nod to the female electorate, making a point of thanking women for their presence at the convention.
"Women who are honest because they represent the principles and values that we believe in, which are the best for Brazilian families, which are God, country and family," he stated.
