Ben Affleck wins Who Wants to Be a Millionaire and $1 million prize goes to charity

In Who Wants to Be a Millionaire, participants need to answer questions on different topics, such as history, curiosities, science and general knowledge. The more questions you get right, the greater the accumulated value. If they make a mistake, they return home with nothing.

Unlike the usual format, in which only one person participates, some special episodes presented by Jimmy Kimmel feature a celebrity alongside a winner of another quiz show.

In these cases, the prize goes to a charity. This time, the money will be donated to the Eastern Congo Initiative, an organization that carries out community work in the Democratic Republic of Congo, in Africa.

The last question, which caused difficulty for the pair, was about what name had not been used for a turkey spared during Thanksgiving lunch at the White House. The tradition consists of the habit of the President of the United States granting a symbolic "pardon" to one of the turkeys, which is no longer served at the meal.

The options were Peanut Butter & Jelly, Tater & Tot, Mac & Cheese and Spaghetti & Meatball. Even after asking a friend for help over the phone, they weren't sure of the answer, but they chose the Spaghetti & Meatball option, which, to their happiness, was correct.

Other celebrities have already won this show, such as Affleck's best friend Matt Damon, chef David Chang and actor Oscar Nuñez.
