It is not yet known how these problems may affect the arrival of the foldable iPhone in stores. However, if a solution is not found quickly, it is possible that the device will only be launched closer to the end of the year.
It is worth noting, however, that the foldable iPhone may still be announced during Apple's traditional annual event, normally held in September. Even so, the obstacles faced in large-scale production could lead the Cupertino company to review its plans.
After all, it is unlikely that Apple will risk putting the foldable iPhone on sale without having enough units to meet the expectation of high demand.

There are rumors that Apple is developing a feature that will allow restricting the use of the iPhone if the customer fails to pay the monthly installments agreed upon when purchasing the device.
According to the website 9to5Mac, signs initially emerged that Apple was creating a new financing program for customers in the United States, allowing the purchase of a new iPhone through monthly payments. The program, called Apple Upgrade, would be developed in partnership with Klarna.
Now, the publication claims to have found a feature in the iOS 27 code that would be activated if payments stop being made, restricting the use of the iPhone, including access to certain applications and services.
According to 9to5Mac, even with the device blocked due to lack of payment, some functions would still be available, such as the clock, the digital wallet, the Health application and the possibility of making phone calls. The block, however, would not prevent charging for subscriptions that remain active in restricted applications.
It is important to highlight that this information is based on the current iOS 27 code and, as the final version of the system has not yet been released, changes may occur until its release.
iOS 27 is expected to be released between September and October, a period in which new iPhone models should also hit the market.
