Vectra brought together customers, employees and partners to celebrate the delivery of Wynn, the first smart building in Londrina, located in Nova Prochet. The development marks the third tower completed by the construction company in the neighborhood. The architectural project is designed by the office Architectural Projetos, by Eliza Koyama and Marcia Ivale; interiors of common areas by Chris Brasil Arquitetura; and landscaping by iO Paisagismo, by Ivan Pona. With 100% of the units sold, Wynn had early delivery and with Habite-se released, ensuring more legal security and agility in the return on investment for buyers. The building, located at Avenida Waldemar Spranger nº 199, has 16 standard floors and four apartments per floor, totaling 64 properties. Launched in 2022 with the smart building concept, it was designed to offer more comfort, practicality, connectivity, security and technological flexibility to residents, both in the present and in the future. In addition to connectivity, Wynn adopts a minimalist concept, especially in the choice of furniture, with pieces characterized by curves and fluid lines, all combined with contemporary landscaping, which integrates the building into the Nova Prochet landscape and the urban identity created by Vectra in the neighborhood. The living spaces have an outdoor pool; gourmet with private pool; exclusive space for car washing; delivery hub, for order management; work tools, for sharing tools; pet care equipped for the hygiene of pets; bicycle rack; coworking; gym and playroom. The building will also offer space for the installation of a third-party grocery store. The apartments have a panel available for automation and communication, allowing the installation of hubs and equipment that centralize the smart resources of the residence, such as lighting, air conditioning and security. The units also have USB sockets in the suites, integrated blinds activation via remote control and dry infrastructure installed in the ceilings of the living room and bedrooms for future automation of the curtains, without the need for interventions or renovations. The residential includes the delivery of a camera system at pedestrian and vehicle entrances, monitoring in elevators, virtual assistant via voice command in social environments, fiber optic network infrastructure, in addition to Wi-Fi points strategically distributed to ensure continuous connectivity from garages to living spaces. Architect Ricardo Grangera, who already lives in a Vectra apartment, measuring around 80 m², in Gleba Palhano, chose Wynn because he was looking for a larger space that could be customized according to his needs. "I liked the plan with three suites, I can have a good social area. The Nova Prochet region is very interesting, a new area with a lot of potential", he highlights. Other advantages, according to him, are exclusivity, since Wynn is a building with few units, and the possibility of automation without having to carry out renovations. Commercial manager Thais Campana will move from a property of approximately 60 m² in the city center to live in Nova Prochet thinking about the mobility and quality of life that the region offers. She says that she initially went to look at an apartment for her mother, but she liked the Wynn and the two are moving to the new address, each in their own unit. For Thais, in addition to the more comfortable size and location in a growing area, technology and innovation are among the decisive factors for the purchase. “We already have the automation project ready to be carried out in the apartment”, says the owner, who will share the property with her partner Bianca Silva. The project offers preparation for charging electric vehicles in spaces for collective use, as well as for the future installation of photovoltaic energy throughout the condominium; cistern for reusing rainwater; LED lighting for leisure spaces; bicycle racks, taps with automatic timers in social areas and toilets with a double-actuation system to save water.
