Labor processes Reproduction/EPTV Workers and companies in Amazonas and Roraima have until this Friday (17) to register processes on Regional Conciliation Day 2026, promoted by the Regional Labor Court of the 11th Region (TRT-11). The action will take place on August 3 and seeks to accelerate the resolution of labor disputes through agreements between the parties. Participation is open to those who already have a process underway and also to those who still intend to file a labor lawsuit. According to TRT-11, conciliation can reduce the processing time of processes and speed up the payment of labor rights. The hearings will take place in the 19 Labor Courts of Manaus, in the three Labor Courts of Boa Vista, in the interior units of Amazonas and in the Judicial Centers for Consensual Methods of Dispute Resolution of the Labor Court (Cejuscs-JT) of Manaus and Boa Vista. ? How to participate Anyone who already has a case in progress can request the inclusion of the case in the conciliation agenda by means of a petition in the case file or by filling out a form available on the TRT-11 portal. Those who have not yet filed a labor action can participate through a Pre-Procedural Complaint (RPP), presented by a lawyer in the Electronic Judicial Process (PJe). Workers who do not have a lawyer can fill out the pre-procedural mediation form available on the TRT-11 portal or contact the Defetos Distribution Sector of the Manaus Labor Forum to register the complaint. Registration can be made until the end of this Thursday (17), on the TRT-11 portal. To access, simply click here. What is Regional Conciliation Day? The joint effort brings together judges, civil servants, workers and employers in a concentrated effort to encourage agreements in labor lawsuits. The expectation is to end conflicts more quickly and prevent actions from taking longer in court.
