São João Batista Hospital Disclosure/Volta Redonda City Hall A 31-year-old woman died in a motorcycle accident in the early hours of this Sunday (12) in Volta Redonda (RJ). The vehicle crash occurred on Via Sérgio Braga, in the Conforto neighborhood, at a time of rain. According to the Military Police, the team was called to check the case, but, upon arriving at the address, those involved in the raid had already been taken to Hospital São João Batista by rescue teams. Still according to the PM, in the medical unit, the agents were informed that the passenger could not resist the severity of her injuries and died. The driver of the motorcycle, a 22-year-old man, was injured. His health status was not disclosed. During data recording, the police officers discovered that the young man did not have a National Driving License (CNH). The motorcycle remained at the crash site due to the lack of a trailer available at the time. The case was registered at the Volta Redonda police station.
