According to Antônio Eduardo da Silva de Jesus, the harvest represents more than an agricultural stage. "It's a festive moment that marks the end of one cycle and the beginning of another. The grapes leave the vines and will give rise to the wines that we will taste right after the elaboration process. So it marks fertility, it marks productivity and above all the beginning of a beautiful cycle that is opening", he explained.
