Students run during the student Olympics at UFSC in 2023 Leticia Schlemper/Agecom/UFSC The Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC) offers more than 2,500 places for physical and sports activities for the second semester of 2026. The community can register and there are free places and others that require payment of a semester fee. The activities are offered by the Sports Center (CDS), in Florianópolis. There are activity options aimed at different audiences, including adults, children, teenagers, the elderly, people with disabilities, overweight, obesity, diabetes, hypertension and other conditions. The activities can be carried out between August 17th and December 5th, 2026. The form of registration (in person or online) and deadlines for paying fees, when applicable, vary according to the chosen modality. In the case of online registrations, the link must only be accessed on the days and times when registration for the intended activity is available. The information is in the notice. There are three registration periods: from August 3rd to 10th; from August 14th to 18th (remaining vacancies); from August 24th to 28th (remaining spaces). UFSC employees can benefit from a 50% discount on the registration fee, as long as they are the first three enrolled in the desired class. The discount is only valid for a single registration per server and is not extended to dependents.
