What will the selection be like? The selection process will have three stages: Curriculum analysis, with assessment of academic training and experience in labor calculations or related areas; Profile compatibility assessment, in which the candidate must achieve at least 50% compatibility with the required skills; Video conference interview, between August 19th and 21st, 2026, applying the DISC methodology to analyze the behavioral profile. The final result is scheduled to be announced on September 4, 2026. The selection will be valid for one year from the approval of the result.
