"The MP-AC also requires the recognition of the causes of increase in the penalty foreseen for the crime of a criminal organization, given the elements gathered during the investigation that point to the use of firearms by the faction, the use of teenagers in their activities and the maintenance of links with other independent criminal organizations", informed the institution. As in another recent action, the MP requested in the process the allocation of assets of those under investigation in favor of the State, and expressed his support for maintaining the preventive detentions of the seven suspects arrested last month. "According to the institution, those being investigated are highly dangerous and would act in favor of the criminal organization in Acre, posing a risk to criminal investigation and the physical integrity of witnesses and victims in the event of their release", he highlighted.
