Teenager dies after car falls into river and gets caught in a seat belt inside RS Rádio Campinas A 17-year-old teenager died after the car he was in fell into a river on Saturday night, inside Jacutinga, in the North Region of Rio Grande do Sul. The accident occurred at around 10:40 pm. The victim was identified as Ismael Dias dos Santos.
