Delegate Lauana Guedes, responsible for the case, stated that the suspect presented himself as a music businessman. "He convinced the victims that he was running a legitimate artistic project and created an entire structure to convey credibility, including professionals who also believed in the proposal and were later identified as victims," ??he explained. The investigation also found that the suspect created a shell company to give the appearance of legality to the negotiations and presented falsified bank transfer receipts, simulating financial contributions that were never made. With this, he maintained the artist's trust and induced her to make new payments. According to the delegate, the man even simulated the acquisition of high-value goods, such as a bus destined for the artistic project, with the aim of reinforcing the false image of financial solidity and keeping the victim convinced of the veracity of the investments.
