Professor was arrested on suspicion of sexually abusing children and teenagers in Manaus. Disclosure/PC-AM The Specialized Police Station for the Protection of Children and Adolescents (Depca) served, this Thursday (6), a temporary arrest warrant for a 36-year-old man, for raping a vulnerable person and storing child and youth pornographic material. The crimes involve victims aged 9 to 12. The investigations began after authorities received an anonymous tip via Civil Police hotline 197, regarding the crimes committed by the suspect. The man gave private tutoring classes at his home, in addition to being involved in social projects, using these means to get closer to the victims. ? In view of the facts, it was represented by the author's temporary arrest and home search and seizure warrants, both granted by the Court and carried out in the Redenção neighborhood, in the center-west zone.
