According to the Military Police (PM), he turned on a sound system with loud noises of cats fighting to "get revenge" for a neighbor's baby crying. According to the PM, the team was called by residents of the region due to the high volume. At the scene, the man told police that he had turned on the equipment "to get revenge on a neighbor who had a child and was crying."
