To renew the permit and schedule the inspection, permit holders must present the required documentation. The complete list is below: CNH (category D): original and updated document, with the observation that you carry out paid work and school transport;
Proof of residence in Santos: copy issued no more than 90 days ago in the name of the interested party. Consumption bills, official correspondence or receipts in the name of first-degree relatives, spouse or landlord are accepted;
Permission Certificate (CPESTCE): original document. In case of loss, submit a police report or loss declaration;
Driver Registration (RCVTE): original document. In case of loss, submit a police report or loss declaration;
Inspection term: original document, in accordance with Detran-SP Ordinance No. 1310/2014;
Tachograph measurement certificate: original document from the instantaneous speed recorder;
Detran medical record certificate: original and updated document;
Negative declaration of criminal conviction: final. Five years after the first registration, a negative certificate from the criminal distributor is required for crimes covered by Article 329 of the Brazilian Traffic Code;
CRLV (rental category): original and updated document;
Municipal Registration: updated, issued by the Finance Department at Poupatempo Santos;
City hall permit: issued by the Finance Department at Poupatempo Santos. Penalties According to CET-Santos, anyone who fails to regularize within the deadline will be subject to the penalties provided for in Municipal Decree No. 1,558/91, which regulates school transport in the city.
