See below the promises separated by themes: Administration Human and Social Rights Education Infrastructure Environment and Agribusiness Health Public Safety Tourism Complete and implement new Citizenship Stations The campaign promised to complete the Citizenship Stations of Breves and Itaituba and implement new units in different regions of the state. Citizenship Stations bring together public services from different areas, such as issuing documents and serving state agencies. The promise was partially fulfilled. Five units were opened: two in Belém, one in Itaituba, one in Breves and one in Ananindeua. The stations were not implemented in several regions of the state, as promised in the campaign. What the government says: It states that the state has 13 Citizenship Stations in operation and, until the last survey at the end of June, another unit was in the process of being implemented in Marituba. Have Peace Plants in all regions The promise, made in an interview with g1, was partially fulfilled. The government did not deliver Usinas da Paz in all regions of the state. According to management, 24 new units were opened between January 2023 and June 2026, distributed in five of the seven integration regions of Pará: Metropolitan, Northeast, Southeast, South and Lower Amazonas.

What the government says: It highlights that five units are still under construction in the cities of Ananindeua, Viseu, Breves, Portel and Parauapebas. Also according to the government, the Breves and Portel Plants, in Marajó, are scheduled for delivery in September 2026. Expand technical education The government fulfilled its promise to expand the network of Technical Schools based on the vocational diagnosis of the regions. The promise is contained in the government plan. The number of schools rose from 32 in 2023 to 37 in 2026. Complete another 90 new and rebuilt schools The campaign promised to advance with investments in the infrastructure of the state network and complete another 90 new and rebuilt schools. Only part of the promise was fulfilled, as the government completed 64 of the 90 promised schools. What the government says: It states that another 21 are scheduled to be delivered in 2026 and that another eight schools are being built, with no delivery date yet. Complete the 4th stage of the Tucunduba Basin Macrodrainage project The government fulfilled its promise to complete the 4th stage of the Tucunduba Basin Macrodrainage project, delivering the Timbó and União channels in the current mandate, in January 2023. This stage includes the rectification and drainage services of the Tucunduba Igarapé, the water supply system, road and sewage system, in addition to the construction of bridges and catwalks. Complete sewage works The government has not yet delivered all water supply and sewage works in the promised cities: Belém, Marabá and Santarém. The 8-channel macrodrainage system was inaugurated in Belém; Doca and Tamandaré; and the UNA Sewage Treatment Station (ETE); all delivered in 2025. What the government says: It states that sewage works are still underway in the municipalities of Belém, Marabá and Santarém; and water supply works in the municipalities of Alenquer, Ananindeua, Belém, Breves, Castanhal, Oriximiná and Santarém. Build viaducts in Marabá and the Metropolitan Region of Belém The promise was fulfilled in part because the government has not yet started work on the Marabá viaduct. In the metropolitan region of Belém, five were completed and have daily circulation of drivers. What the government says: It informs that the project is in the bidding phase and will have an execution and delivery schedule published after the administrative procedures. The deadline was not announced. Build 20 new waterway terminals The government partially fulfilled its promise because it had delivered 13 new terminals out of the 20 promised by June 2026, within the deadline for the g1 survey. What the government says: It states that the other 6 terminals are still being carried out, according to the construction schedule. Build 500 more bridges across Pará The campaign promised to deliver 500 bridges across the state, but only delivered 89 in the current term. The government also delivered old and restructured bridges, but did not specify how many of them were rebuilt in the current term. What the government says: It highlights that since 2019, between the two mandates, the government has delivered 700 new and old bridges. Integration of metropolitan and municipal BRT systems The campaign promised to complete the integration of Metropolitan and municipal BRT systems. According to the promise in the government plan, the commitment also aimed to implement the trunk system (main corridor where buses with greater capacity circulate) in the metropolitan region of Belém.
