The event marked the delivery of the third building of Plaenge Parque Urbano, a masterplan with landscaping by Benedito Abbud in a proposal that values ??coexistence and contact with nature. It is a rewarding moment in which we can meet our customers again and celebrate this very important stage, both for the company and for future residents", said Rodolfo Sugeta, superintendent of Plaenge in Londrina. With Aura, the area planned by Abbud begins to be completed. "When you see these corners alive, with people enjoying everything we have planned and designed, it gives us the feeling that we are following the right path," he said. Huma, the last building in the complex, is scheduled to be delivered at the beginning of 2027. Architecture and landscaping as a language For Luiza Bohrer, from Bohrer Arquitetos, Aura represents a synthesis project. "It was a job in which we did both the architecture and the interiors, maintaining a unique language", he states. In terms of architecture, it highlights the double height, the spaciousness of the spaces and the entrance through the square on the corner, which breaks with the model of closed access to the surrounding area. In Aura, the landscaping begins even before the building enters, with floral and fruit species that announce what is to come. Inside, the wide frames connect the spaces to the external greenery, creating a relationship that changes with the seasons and the time of day. The leisure area was designed to encourage frequent use. In addition to the beach tennis court and the aquatic complex made up of large glass panels, the gardens allow experiences such as picking fruit or simply following the vegetation cycle. In the apartments, the decorated design starts from the large balcony and high ceilings to propose a fluid integration between living room, dining room and gourmet kitchen. Wood, exposed cement, granite and cementitious coatings make up a palette that speaks to the facade without repeating solutions. Fulfilling dreams Photographer Felipe Lima is currently responsible for the brand's architectural photos in Londrina. When he and his wife, lawyer Bruna Lima, started looking for an apartment for their family in the city, the choice of brand was natural. When they decided on Aura, Bruna was pregnant with her first child, Santiago. The couple also has Estela and celebrated her delivery awaiting the birth of their third child, Inácio. She conducted the entire documentation process via WhatsApp, without having to travel during pregnancy, which she considered very practical. Agribusiness entrepreneur Castellar Júnior and lawyer Daniela Castellar lived in the same apartment for twelve years and were looking for what they call "the apartment of our life". What made them decide on Aura was the plant. "The room is impressive and the project managed to integrate the social and private areas without losing space with corridors", he assesses. Psychiatrist Jennifer Villar and cardiologist Leonardo Rios came from São Paulo in search of a different rhythm to raise their 2-year-old daughter Laura. Jennifer had already seen Aura on a sales call two years before the family decided to return to Londrina. "What attracted us was the size of the plant, the location in Gleba Palhano and the imposing style.
