According to the PF, evidence collected during the investigation revealed that the contracted company did not have an operational structure compatible with the size of the adjustment. Furthermore, "the financial analysis carried out during the investigation identified atypical movements, with signs of splitting of withdrawals and operations designed to hide the origin and destination of misappropriated public values." The operation, called Hidden View, carried out three search and seizure warrants, issued by the Federal Regional Court of the 5th Region, at three addresses in the city of Patu.
