The department is located in the building of the Specialized Social Assistance Reference Center (CREAS), located at Rua Projetada, nº 111, in the Vila Mocó neighborhood, in front of SESI. Service is available from Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5pm. To request the Identification Card for Persons with Autism Spectrum Disorder (CIPTEA), it is necessary to present a medical report with the International Classification of Diseases (ICD) that proves the condition, a recent 3x4 photo and proof of residence in Petrolina. The original and copy of the beneficiary's identity and CPF are also required. In the case of minors, documentation from the guardian must be presented.
