Racial insult against doctor The 47-year-old patient who offended a Venezuelan and Jewish doctor in Caçador, in the west of Santa Catarina, became a defendant this Thursday (6). He faces charges of two crimes of racial insult, as disclosed by the Public Ministry of Santa Catarina (MPSC), author of the complaint against him. The offenses occurred on Saturday night (1st), when the patient consulted the doctor at the Caçador Emergency Care Unit (UPA).
