According to the complaint, the boy was taken by the suspect to a vacant lot, in the Cidade Universitária neighborhood. There, he allegedly suffered sexual violence and was killed by asphyxiation. According to the MP, the murder served to hide the abuse and occurred in a way that made it impossible for the victim to defend himself. The complaint was presented by prosecutors Lucas Sachsida and Dalva Tenório. The body requested that the accused be brought to trial by the Jury Court. The recordings show the child entering the land accompanied by the accused. Afterwards, the man appears, leaving the place alone. The expert concluded that the boy died from mechanical asphyxiation, caused by suffocation (blockage of the mouth and nose). The exams also identified injuries compatible with sexual violence and collected biological traces. Prosecutor Lucas Sachsida stated that the complaint was drawn up after rigorous analysis of the evidence gathered during the investigation. Collection of DNA and request for compensation The Public Prosecutor's Office requested the collection of genetic material from the accused, if the procedure has not yet been carried out. The objective is to compare his DNA with the traces found during the examination. The MP also requested that the Court determine the payment of minimum compensation for the damage caused to the victim and family. According to prosecutor Dalva Tenório, the measure takes into account the damage and suffering caused by the crime. The great-uncle, Emanuel Vicente, was arrested the following day (July 7), after surveillance images from the region pointed to him as the main suspect of entering the place with the child and leaving alone moments later.
