Motorcyclist dies and woman is injured after motorcycle crashes into pole on BR-153

The accident was recorded at km 146, in Araguaína Disclosure/Portal Alta Tensão Motorcyclist Alexandre Amaral dos Santos, aged 54, died after the motorcycle he was riding crashed into a pole on BR-153, this Saturday morning (25), in the urban perimeter of Araguaína, in the north of the state. According to the Federal Highway Police (PRF), a 35-year-old woman, who was on the back of the motorcycle, was injured. ? The Mobile Emergency Service (Samu) was called, but the motorcyclist succumbed to his injuries and died at the scene. According to the PRF, the injured woman is the motorcyclist's wife. She was rescued and taken to the Araguaína Regional Hospital.
